Policy on Refunds for Customers of Cyber-Recon, LLC


At Cyber-Recon, we are dedicated to providing each of our clients with an online learning experience that is unparalleled in its quality. We are aware that there is a possibility that events may transpire in your life that necessitate the modification or cancellation of your enrollment in a specific class. The following is our policy regarding the issuance of refunds for any of the payments made for participation in any of our online training courses.

  1. The Cancellation of the Course by Cyber-Recon

In the extremely unlikely event that Cyber-Recon is forced to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as an instructor being unavailable or experiencing technical difficulties, all of the enrolled students will be notified as quickly as possible, and they will have the following options available to them:

  1. Change to an equivalent class in another offering;
  2. Get a complete refund of the money that you already spent on the course, free of any additional administrative fees.
  3. The Student’s Decision to Withdraw from the Class

In the event that you, the student, make the decision to withdraw from a class, the refund policy that follows will be applied:

More than fourteen days before the date that the course is scheduled to begin: You are eligible for a full refund of the course fees, minus a 5% administrative charge. b. If the course is self-paced, you are not eligible for a refund.

  1. Between seven and fourteen days prior to the start date of the course: You are eligible for a refund of fifty percent of the course fees, or you may transfer to an alternative course of equal value at no additional cost.
  2. Less than seven days before the start date of the course, or after the start date of the course itself: There will be no refunds issued. You are, however, allowed to transfer to a different course of the same value, though you will be responsible for paying any applicable transfer fees.
  3. Prior to accessing the course: You are eligible for a full refund of the course fees, minus a 5% administrative charge. b. For self-paced courses a. After accessing the course: You are not eligible for a refund.
  4. After the student has accessed the courseware Because of the nature of online courses, it is not possible to issue a refund to a student after they have accessed the courseware.
  5. The Procedure for Refunds

Please contact our customer support team at the email address info@cyber-recon.com if you would like to request a course transfer or a refund. In your request, please make sure to include your full name, the name of the course, and the reason you are dropping out.

Our customer service department will review your eligibility for a refund based on the criteria listed above as soon as they have received your request for a refund. In the event that your request for a refund is granted, we will process the refund by making use of the same method of payment that was utilized for the original transaction. Allow up to ten business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account after you have submitted the necessary paperwork.
